It’s no secret that this family is near and dear to my heart.
I met Savanha back when I owned Shimmerz Boutique, and she ran Redneck Ranch. Both stores were close to each other at Tejas Plaza here in Paris.
In between customers, we would sit out on the porch in those huge rocking chairs and vent & gossip to each other. lol
Mostly about crazy customers.. or our crazy lives… Or I’d sing her that dumb song that Tejas Plaza played on repeat.. Corrine Bailey Rae’s Just like a Star.
Don’t get me wrong.. it was a great song the first 2 or 3 dozen times we listened to it.. but after that.. c’mon man. Seriously!
Since then, Savanha’s pretty much let me document her life along the way.
I’ve photographed her engagement session with Aaron.. their maternity session when she was pregnant with my Chunky Love Muffin, Riley. Riley’s birth. And Riley multiple times since.
& now, Riley’s getting a sister… & unless Savanha decides to break my heart, lol,… you’ll be seeing plenty of little miss Alivia, too. 😉
