Spring is booking up.. QUICKLY. My twins have started their first year of t-ball.. and I’m not sure what days games will be on.. so all weekday bookings have been blocked. Once I know the schedule,.. some days will become available again.. but not many.
As for right now,.. here are the available days for sessions:
MARCH: BOOKED SOLID
APRIL: BOOKED
MAY: 15th, 21st, & the 22nd.
Email me at klphotography@live.com if you have any questions. I will say that some of the days that are available were booked by clients but I didn’t receive a deposit/contract from. Deposits/contracts must be sent within 7 days of the initial booking.. it’s been weeks or over a month since these bookings and I haven’t received any deposits/contracts. So.. those dates are up for grabs again. Loves, you must send in your deposits/contracts if you want to keep your session date. I’m not being mean.. it’s just how I have to do things in order to stay organized. When if you know me,.. organization is not one of my strong points. But, I’m an understanding person, and I know that sometimes things happen and if you can’t mail in the deposit at that time.. Just drop me an email, let me know what’s going on, and I’ll extend the 7 days.. but when you tell me, it’s in the mail, and 3 weeks later it hasn’t arrived in my mailbox, things look a little fishy there. LOL! Hope you understand.
If you’re like me, you’ve been watching the news and have seen the travesty of the 8.9 earthquake that hit Japan last night, and then the tsunami has followed. As of now, more than 1000 people are believed to be dead, and more than 80,000 are believed to be missing. & that is just for Japan. There are tsunami waves that have hit Hawaii & California too. Scary stuff is happening guys. I can’t imagine what the survivors of this horrifying experience must be feeling. Who or what do they cry for first? The loss of their family, the loss of their friends, the loss of their livelihood, or the loss of their culture. I can’t imagine not knowing who is alive.. who was trapped.. who has survived. Please keep these families in your prayers.
We had a tornado hit Paris, TX just this past tuesday. My husband & I were at an eye exam, and my three boys were at home being watched by my Mom who I am proud to say that when the tornado sirens sounded, rushed my babies into our hallway bathroom, surrounded them with pillows & blankets into our bathtub.. dragged my sons mattress into that bathroom to shield them from the mirror if it shattered, and then held herself over the top of the bathtub to shield my boys (& my shih-tzu) with her body! Now THAT is a grandma!! My husband and I left the eye doctor, driving through the rain, hail, and traffic that were pulling off the roads to get underneath overpasses. The tornado sirens were blaring loudly and all I could think of was that if I was going to die, I was going to die with my children. We rushed home and as we pulled into our driveway, the tornado sirens ended. I ran into my house, & my boys came running to me and shouting MOMMY!! I was crying & hugging my babies.. thankful that they were okay, my mom was okay.. my shih-tzu was okay.. and my house left untouched. There was some damage done out by where my parents live, which is just a couple of miles from my house.. but luckily no lives were lost, although my dad is pretty upset that his favorite deer stand is in shambles 😉
Spring is here!,.. obviously…
& because I can’t do a blog posting without pictures.. here’s a few shots of my guys at their first t-ball practice meet. ;0) BTW, there are two other sets of twins on their team. 🙂 If you’re wondering what the lines are on each picture… I was shooting 5 feet behind a chain link fence.
