I went thru a few of my images from yesterday’s wedding so Billy & Courtney could get a sneak peek. I found a little more than a SNEAK PEEK.. but oh well.. 😉 I had a B L A S T! Courtney looked beautiful, just like I knew she would and everything went smoothly! I’ve told everyone that this wedding was going to be my last wedding before I focused strictly on the portrait side of things.. but to be honest with you all.. if more weddings were guaranteed to be like THIS one (including the first look).. I wouldn’t mind booking them every so often. 😉 Courtney & Billy decided to do the first look before the wedding and then we were able to get most of the formal portraits over and outta the way and that helped SOOOO much. If I ever shoot another wedding, I’ll insist on doing a first look session! 🙂 It was so intimate.. & so special.. And Billy could see his bride for the first time in her wedding dress before everyone else.. and that’s how it should be. Just them. & I was happy to be there with them and see all those first emotions.
So, there’s this guy named Billy.
& he’s.. a little nervous. 😉
& stunned.. by the beauty of his soon to be bride.
but hugs and kisses always make it all better <3
Courtney looked.. amazing.
& her dress was… truly exquisite.
*sigh.. Absolutely beautiful and full of little details
& Courtney? She rocked it.
& then it was time for her Daddy to lead her to Billy.
& Billy? He put a ring on it 😉
& then they ran off. together, of course. 😉

Love this. <3 haha I actually didn’t tell the guys to pose in any certain way in the back. These were all natural responses to Billy’s kiss.

There was a HUGE candy bar.. mostly all pink. & Courtney’s mom & brother gave me a huge goody bag to take home to my three wild ones.
Needless to say, I couldn’t keep them away.. they ate all of it. & were hyped up on sugar until 1 this morning. lol!

I noticed quickly that the roses were detailed to match Courtney’s dress.

& I was told that it was very delicious…

& then the first dance happened.
& then it was time to dance with her daddy. <3
& then this happened. That cowboy could cut a rug. lol
I think that’s what I love most about weddings. I’ve always loved to just sit and watch people. & This is what I get paid to do. It’s fabulous.

I actually had the garter toss winner do this. I love tacky garter wedding pictures. LOL & he was a great sport.
& as Beyonce’s “Single Ladies” started being played by the deejay.. The ladies knew what to do. 🙂
& then the Cupid Shuffle happened.
& EVERYBODY started dancing.. I love it when that happens.
